- Check your network signal: Ensure your mobile device has a strong network signal. Poor signal strength can delay or prevent the delivery of OTP messages.
- Verify your mobile number: Ensure that the mobile number you provided is correct. If there is an error, update the number and request a new OTP.
- Wait for a few minutes: Sometimes, there can be a slight delay in receiving the OTP. Wait for a few minutes before trying again.
- Resend the OTP: If you haven’t received the OTP after waiting, click the "Resend OTP" option to request a new one.
- Check for message filters: Ensure that your SMS inbox is not full and that your phone is not filtering messages as spam.
