If you forget your username, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the Trumia Internet Banking login page at https://money.trumia.com/business.
- Click on "Forgot your credentials" at the bottom of the login widget.
- Select "Forgot Username."
- Enter your Corporate ID, which can be found in your initial welcome emails.
- Enter your registered Email ID.
- Follow the instructions in the email sent to you to retrieve your username.
