Once your corporate account has been approved, logging on to the Internet Banking platform is straightforward. Here’s what you need to do:
- Designate Users and Roles: During the onboarding process, you will select which users and roles need access. The roles available are Initiator, Approver, Both, or Straight Through (no approval needed).
- Receive Credentials: Our onboarding team will email the usernames and initial passwords to the designated users.
- First Login: Upon first login, users will need to reset their password and complete the OTP setup to ensure secure access.
- Customization: You can further customize access by setting limits per user or other specific requirements. For additional customization or to add more users, please contact our support team.
