Setting up multiple users for your Trumia corporate account is easy and flexible. Here's how you can do it:
- During Onboarding: You can designate users and their roles during the onboarding process. Provide the details to our onboarding team, who will set up the users for you.
- Contact Client Services: For adding additional users after the initial setup, please contact our support team at clientservices@trumia.com.
Available roles for users include:
- Initiator: Can initiate transactions but requires approval from an Approver.
- Approver: Can approve transactions initiated by an Initiator.
- Both: Can both initiate and approve transactions.
- Straight Through: Can initiate and complete transactions without needing approval.
