In Trumia Corporate Banking, transactions can be set up to require dual authorization. Here's how makers and checkers can manage these transactions:
1. Setting Up Payments by Makers
- Create Payment: Makers can create payment instructions within the Trumia Internet Banking portal.
- Submit for Authorization: Once the payment is set, it will be submitted for dual authorization, requiring approval from a checker.
2. Approving or Rejecting Payments by Checkers
- Log in to the Internet Banking Portal: Checkers log in to their Trumia Internet Banking account through the Trumia Business Portal.
- Go to Transaction Management: Navigate to the section where pending payments awaiting authorization are listed.
- Review Payments: Select a payment to review the details.
- Approve or Reject: Choose to approve or reject the payment based on the review. Approved payments will be processed, while rejected payments will be sent back to the maker with a note explaining the reason for rejection.
