If you forget your Mobile PIN, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- Access the App: Open the Mobile App and navigate to the login screen.
- Help? Icon: Click on the help button on the bottom right corner, after selecting log on.
- Select Forgotten MPIN: Choose the option for resetting your Mobile PIN from the available selections.
- Verification Process: You will be prompted to verify your identity. This typically requires entering your Customer ID which was received in the Welcome to TRUMIA email.
- Receive OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP to proceed with the reset process.
- Set New PIN: Once verified, you will be able to set a new Mobile PIN which needs to be 6 digits long.
