To access your account through our Mobile App, you will need to set up several credentials during the registration process:
- Client ID: You will receive your Client ID via email after your account is approved. This ID is required to initiate the registration process.
- OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for verification purposes during the registration process.
After the registration process the details that you will need are the below:
- Username: You will choose a unique username for your account access. Use the 'Check Availability' feature to ensure the username you select is not already in use.
- Mobile PIN: Create a Mobile PIN, which offers a quicker and secure method to access your account via the mobile app.
- Biometric Authentication: After initial setup, you can choose to enable biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) for convenient and secure access.
