Once a payment has been processed and is no longer pending, it cannot be cancelled. Here's what you need to know about cancelling a payment:
- Check Payment Status: Log in to your Trumia account to check the status of the payment. If the payment is still not visible in All Accounts > Account Statement, but visible in the recent transactions dashboard on the homepage, it means that the payment is still pending to go out.
- Contact Us Immediately: If the payment is still pending and you need to cancel it, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The sooner you get in touch, the higher the likelihood that we can stop the transaction before it is fully processed.
Processed Payments: If the payment has already been processed, we are unable to cancel it. In this situation, you might need to contact the recipient directly to arrange a return of funds.
